Higher education in Palestine is considered prosperous and challenging. Prosperous because of the motivation of the Palestinians to share their experiences with others and to learn from them. Challenging because Palestine is not yet considered as an independent state.
Study visit of the project UniGOV at the University of Cork, Ireland
On June 10-14, the study visit of the project uniGOV was organized at the University of Cork in Ireland. Several Palestinian universities, members of the project, attended the initiative. The UCC, represented by a group of experts, presented a variety of presentations on the principles and mechanisms of governance at the university in various fields trying to convey their experience and expertise to the Palestinian institutions.
Palestine Polytechnic University holds a seminar on the Improving Governance Project in Palestinian Universities
The PPU held a seminar on the project of improving governance practices in Palestinian universities, which is actually a joint project of five Palestinian universities and five European universities, as part of an EU-funded Erasmus project.
