In the framework of the project uniGOV, Improving Governance Practices at Palestinian Higher Education Institutions, the University of Siena, that is a partner of the project, has hosted a field visit on 16th ad 17th April 2019.
Therefore, the An-Najah National University, Birzeit University, the Arab American University in Jenin, the Palestine Polytechnic University, the Islamic University of Gaza have been gathered at the University of Siena to mainly discuss and implement their human resource management’s policies in internalization process building on the University of Siena’s experiences.
